OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES – DAYS OF EID #ROMANTICIZEYOURRAMADAN UGC CONTEST (US + CANADA)
1) Sponsor

2) Eligibility (US + Canada; Québec excluded)
Open to legal residents of the United States (including D.C.) and Canada, excluding residents of Québec, who are 18+ (or age of majority) at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family/household members, are not eligible.
3) Promotion Dates (Central Time)

4) How to Enter
Submit an entry via Form or Hashtag.

Limit (recommended): 1 entry per category per person; max 4 entries per person total.
By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails and automated text messages from Days of Eid. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

ALTERNATE ENTRY METHOD- INSTAGRAM
During the Entry Period, you may enter by posting your original photo(s) or video(s) on Instagram as follows:
Your Instagram account must be public during the Entry Period and through February 20, 2026 so Sponsor can view your entry.
Include both:

Tag Sponsor: @DaysofEid
In your caption, include:
Your selected category: Unboxing / Children’s Space / General Gathering Space / Spiritual Space
A short description of your submission (optional)
Limit: One (1) Instagram hashtag entry per category per person (max four (4) total entries per person across categories), regardless of entry method.
Entries must comply with the Content Requirements in Section 6.
Important: Stories are not eligible unless you specify otherwise (recommended to exclude Stories since they expire and can be hard to verify).
4C) Entry Equivalency + No Purchase Necessary
Entering via Jotform or via Instagram hashtag are both free methods of entry. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
7B) Gallery Posting for Instagram Entries
Sponsor may (at its discretion) add eligible hashtag entries to the online gallery at [Gallery URL]. If Sponsor cannot view an entry due to privacy settings, deletion, removal, or technical issues, the entry may be disqualified.
Voting / Anti-fraud section
Gallery & Voting Integrity
Sponsor may remove votes or disqualify entries where it reasonably suspects voting manipulation (including automated/botted voting, purchased votes, or other fraudulent behavior).

6) Content Requirements
Content must be original (or you must have rights/permissions) and must not infringe IP/privacy rights or include unlawful/harmful/inappropriate content. Sponsor may remove entries at its discretion.
7) Online Gallery + Public Voting (Finalists)
Eligible entries may be displayed in an online gallery at [Gallery URL].
Finalists: For each category, the top 3 or top 4 entries by eligible gallery votes at the end of the Voting Period advance to the Instagram final polls (Sponsor may advance fewer if insufficient entries).
Voting integrity: Automated, purchased, incentivized, or fraudulent voting is prohibited. Sponsor may filter suspicious votes and/or disqualify entries for manipulation.
8) Instagram Final Polls (Winner Determination)
Finalists will be polled via Instagram Stories on Sponsor’s Instagram account [@DaysofEid] on Feb 18 & 19, 2026 (CT).
Winners: One winner per category will be determined by the Instagram Story poll results for that category at poll close, subject to verification.
Tie/issue policy: If there is a tie, suspected manipulation, or a technical disruption, Sponsor may (a) run a tie-breaker poll, (b) use gallery totals as a tie-breaker, or (c) judge tied entries using creativity/quality/brand fit, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Instagram required disclosure: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram; entrants release Instagram from responsibility.
9) Prizes (4 Winners Total)
Four (4) prizes awarded (one per category): $500 store credit each redeemable at [store domain].
Total ARV: $2,000.
Store credit terms (edit as needed): non-transferable; not redeemable for cash except where required by law; expires [never]; subject to store policies.
10) UGC License & Marketing Permission
By submitting Content, entrant represents they own it (or have rights) and have permission from anyone depicted.
Entrant grants Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the Content for marketing/advertising in any media (website, email, social, paid ads), without further compensation.
Removal requests can be sent to CUSTOMERSERVICE@DAYSOFEID.COM; Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to honor requests but cannot guarantee removal from past placements.
11) Winner Notification + Verification
Potential winners will be contacted on or about Feb 20, 2026 (CT) via the email or phone number used to enter. Winners must respond within [24 hours].
12) Privacy
Entries and personal data are handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: [Privacy Policy URL].
13) General Conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entrants for rule violations or fraudulent behavior and may modify/suspend/cancel if integrity is compromised.
14) Governing Law
Governing law/venue: IL (for US entrants) and applicable Canadian law for Canadian entrants, as required.
