Price Adjustment Policy

As a holiday-focused business, we have specific policies to accommodate our limited sales period. To best serve our customers, we run multiple sales and prioritize orders on a first come first served basis. 

We offer a 7-day price adjustment policy with the exception of orders placed during the month of Ramadan. Orders placed before Ramadan are prioritized in our shipping facility. However, we cannot guarantee the same prioritization for orders placed after Ramadan begins. Please note that our fulfillment team is Muslim operated. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as the hardworking staff observes fasting during this period.
